Blubook performance agreement
This agreement records the confirmed booking between the Client and the Professional. Blubook records the agreement and Stripe processes payment.
The Professional will arrive, prepare and perform at the agreed times, using reasonable care and skill and the best of their professional ability. The performance will follow the agreed booking brief while preserving normal artistic discretion.
The Client will provide lawful and safe working conditions, agreed access and load-in, sufficient performance space, power, shelter, production and security, any required licences and permissions, and a responsible on-site contact. Material changes to the venue, timings, duties or equipment must be agreed before the event.
The Professional may pause or end the performance for an imminent safety risk, threatening, abusive or discriminatory conduct, an illegal request, failure of an essential agreed facility, an emergency, authority instruction, non-payment when due, or another material breach. Where practical, the Client must be told and given a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.
The deposit secures the date. The remaining balance is requested through a separate link before the event. Cancellation charges are limited to the booking’s stated terms, reasonable unavoidable net loss, and the Client’s applicable legal rights.
A rating is separate from payment and never delays payout. A low rating alone does not create a refund. Material service issues should be raised with supporting information. Nothing in this agreement removes statutory rights.
Enter the Client signatory’s legal name and confirm the agreement. Stripe payment unlocks immediately after acceptance.
